Eiyoshara

Hailing from the lovely dark country of Romania is our next interviewee. Loving all things involving vampires, gothic beauty, psychology, makeup, and more, Eiyoshara makes up quite an amazing person. Read below for our full interview:

Luny: Can you please tell everyone your modeling name and where you are from?

Eiyoshara: My modeling name is Eiyoshara, and I currently live in Transylvania, Romania.

Luny: I see you are heavily into the vampire lore and culture. Can you give us a brief detailed background on how you came into this?

Eiyoshara:I pretty much loved anything related to vampire/dark cultures since I can remember. I can say that the internet culture played a major role in making my discoveries. I started browsing lots of sites and documenting myself about vampires and the occult. I was also into vampire games, movies and TV shows haha. I think that the aesthetics of the vampire/dark subculture catched my eye a lot at that time, and it still does. If I have to give an age, I think I started at about 12/13 years (I didn’t know much at that time, it was just an attraction towards everything related to the supernatural, including vampires).

Luny: Digital image editing and producing is a past time of myself, what sort of tools or software do you use for your photo manipulation and what tips could you recommend to your viewers?
Eiyoshara:I usually use Adobe Photoshop CS6 and Adobe Lightroom. I use Lightroom only for basic enhancements, so I’m not the best person to ask for advice. However, my tips would be to create a fitting color palette, to create the right atmosphere for your photograph, and keep it as simple as possible. One mistake I always did, and still do sometimes is adding too much on the photo, making it lose its original charm.

Luny: Since everyone is different, what beauty and makeup products do you use and which ones do you shy away from?
Eiyoshara:Surprisingly, I am not a makeup person at all haha. I love seeing others creating masterfully executed pieces, but I don’t do it myself. When it comes to my collaborations, I often ask licensed makeup artists to do my makeup. In real life, I don’t use makeup almost at all, therefore, I am not that knowledgeable in this domain

Luny: What has been the worst experience you’ve encountered so far while modeling?
Eiyoshara:Untill now, I can say that all the people I worked with were amazing and interested in our projects. However, I tried to take part in a modeling class once, and I didn’t get my diploma haha. That’s the worst experience I can think of right now.

Luny: What are some of your favorite jewelry designs, artists and pieces they’ve created?
Eiyoshara:My favourite jewelry/accesories designer from all time is Hysteria Machine. I love every piece, they are extremely well designed and crafted.

Luny: Have you considered developing your own personal brand for your modeling or other hobbies?
Eiyoshara:At some point, I was thinking to learn how to sew and to start making clothes for myself and my photoshoots. At the moment I’m not planning to start a brand or a shop. The least I will try to do is create some pieces for myself and see how that goes. When I was a kid I dreamed of becoming a fashion designer, and maybe someday I will start working on it haha.

Luny: Favorite childhood memories are..?
Eiyoshara:Hmm, this is a tough question. I think the nicest memory involves a plushie I recieved from my parents on a Christmas Eve. I always wished for a big fluffy dog plushie when I was a kid, and after a few years I finally got it. I was so excited that I started to cry and couldn’t believe my eyes what I saw under the Christmas tree haha.

Luny: What do you dread having to deal with in the future?
Eiyoshara:I think that what I fear most is not being able to live up to my moral standards in the future.

Luny: Finally, is there anyone you’d like to say thanks to or any websites you’d like to mention?
Eiyoshara:Firstly I want to thank you, for this amazing opportunity! This is my first official interview and I was very happy to answer all of your questions.
Second, I want to thank my best friend, and also one of the best photographers out there for helping me out with my collaborations every time I needed it, and for doing an amazing job!
I also want to mention Maria Heller Designs, for giving me a head start. They were the first designers I ever encountered, and modeling in their mesmerizing capes and dresses helped me discover my ”inner princess” haha.
